滑條對中
本裝置用于織物平幅行進(jìn)的糾偏，適用于各種機(jī)織、針織等布料的糾偏對中。平移滑條的設(shè)計使布料在行進(jìn)過程中保持均衡的張力。變頻器驅(qū)動的滑條轉(zhuǎn)鼓保持與布料同線速度行進(jìn)，特別適用于低張力的工藝要求。搭載兩輥開幅裝置，有效展開布料， 手輪調(diào)節(jié)兩根擴(kuò)幅輥角度能達(dá)到將近360 °,使布面與擴(kuò)幅輥接觸面（包角）可大范圍調(diào)節(jié)，使擴(kuò)幅效果達(dá)到最佳。適用于各種機(jī)織、針織和無紡布等織物。根據(jù)使用要求的不同，可將對中傳感器換成對邊傳感器組成光電對邊裝置。
This device is used for rectifying the horizontal width of the fabric, which can be used in the rectifying and centering of various kinds of woven knitted fabrics. The design of slip-slip strip is designed to maintain a balanced tension in the process. And the frequency converter drive in the course of the process to maintain the same linear speed as the slider rotor drum driven maintains the same linear speed as the cloth, especially suitable for low tension process requirements. With carrying two roller drive device, it can effectively spread the cloth. The angle of the hand wheel adjustment of two spreading roll can reach nearly 360°, makes the cloth and spreading roll surface (wrap angle) can be a wide range of adjustment, makes the size enlarging effect reaching the best. It is applicable for the various kinds of weaving, knitting and nonwoven fabrics and other fabrics. According to the different requirements, the centering sensor can be changed to edge sensor to compose the photoelectric across edge device.
